Your information
Privacy and submissions.
How this site handles the information you send through its forms.
Show requests
The request form collects the show title and any optional category, venue, comments, name and email you provide. An email address is only used to follow up about your request.
Audience experiences
The experience form collects the type of feedback, show, venue, production category, optional performance date, your account of the lighting, and whether the published information matched your experience. Your name and email are optional. Reports are reviewed privately by FlashCue. They are not published automatically or added to a show’s production-supplied cue information. Please avoid unnecessary personal medical information, and don’t identify other audience members.
Audience app testing
The testing form collects your email and any optional name and comments. FlashCue uses these details to contact you about audience app testing.
Theatre inquiries
The theatre form collects your name, organization, role, email and the productions you mention, so FlashCue can follow up with you.
Contributor accounts
Designers and theatre teams set up accounts in the separate contributor portal, which handles its own registration and submissions.
Where submissions are stored
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and are reviewed only by the FlashCue team. They are never shown on public pages.
Browsing
Show search runs in your browser. Search terms can appear in your address bar and browser history. Google Fonts provides the website’s typefaces.
