- Confirm the production. Find the correct show and category in the directory. Check the venue and run with your team.
- Update the copy. Add the production name and the details your team has confirmed. Don’t turn totals into a safety rating.
- Use the production’s live address. Copy it directly from the published page, for example
flashcue.org/broadway/mj/. - Add a readable link and a QR code. People should be able to reach the information without scanning.
- Test the finished sign. Check the link on a phone, read the text at its intended viewing distance, and review it when the production changes.
